My Story
N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer Based out of Riverside, CA
My name is Joe Rodriguez and I've been in the fitness industry since 2012, and helping people with their fitness journey since 2020. My goal is helping people reach their fitness goals in a realistic way that makes sense for their lifestyle. What works for one might not work for another so finding out your habits and who you are is key.
I pride myself in helping clients build confidence and good work ethic. I help those trying to lose weight, build muscle, or build your best physique, whether you're a fitness competitor, bodybuilder, or athlete with sport performance nutrition and workout programs.
My job is to motivate, teach, improve your mindset, lifestyle, and health. I practice what I preach and I wouldn't recommend anything to anyone that I wouldn't do myself. If you need motivation and accountability, this program is for you!
With a one-on-one training session I am able to give you my full attention, give nutritional guidance, posing tips and monthly check-ins. I am willing to travel to your home, office, apartment/community, gym, favorite park, or even the beach. I can create personalized workouts that are catered to your Fitness needs.
Or if you're trying to build that "super freak physique" then let's do this, because I'm on that same road my friends.
